Should I book my tour in advance?
Absolutely — we can’t stress this enough. Our tours are in high demand, as well as others. Due to the seasonal nature of our area, there are only so many months to make it happen! If you plan to cruise around a holiday weekend, it is definitely advised to book in advance. Booking ahead of time can just assure you have your seats saved and avoid any headache or feelings of being rushed or nervous to miss out on your chance to enjoy the waters here. Walk-ups are welcomed as well and it is recommended to be done a day in advance at the least. Close to trip time? doesn’t hurt to ask, take a chance and call or walk up! you might get lucky 🙂

When should I arrive to check in?
We ask that you arrive to check in at least 30 minutes to an hour prior to departure time! This ensures time to find parking, have your waivers signed, use the restrooms- as there aren’t any on the boat, and maybe grab something you could have forgotten from the Marina or a shop located on the harbor.
What happens if the weather changes?
Our Captains live by the weather, and they make the calls! If weather is questionable the day of your cruise, your captain will make a decision to cancel or reschedule 2 hours before departure time. If you are unable to reschedule due to the length of your Destin stay, or there is no availability you will be refunded! If weather should pop up DURING your cruise, the severity is the deciding factor. If half of the trip has been completed by the time of a pop-up.. the cruise ends early, and there will be no refund.
Do I need to bring a life jacket?
We provide life jackets for everyone on board the vessels! Legally, if a child is 6 years old or younger.. they are required to wear a life jacket while underway. We provide youth and infant life jackets as well. Feel fear to bring your own. Just make sure it is one that says coast guard approved, and it will be checked before departure.
What should I bring for the trip?
Bring whatever you would want for some fun in the sun! Make sure to wear a bathing suit! Protect those eyes and bring your sunnies. Protect your skin and bring your sunscreen! Don’t forget your towel! If you want to bring adult beverages it is absolutely BYOB. There is no sale of alcohol on the boat, and there is zero alcohol sales at crab island. However, there are other vendors out at crab island if this is the cruise you chose. They are seasonal and have their own schedules so it is never a garuntee who will or won’t be out from day to day. There are options for food and snacks on the island, and vendors selling merch and souvenirs.
How much should I tip the crew?
This industry in Destin is extremely seasonal and tips are so deeply appreciated by captains and crew with any boat you take a ride on during your visit. This is how they make a living, and it is considered a service. 20% is customary or your total ticket cost. Cash is accepted, otherwise you can ask your Captain if they have Venmo or Cashapp. You can also pre-tip upon booking if you choose to do it beforehand!
Can I bring my own drinks?
Please do! The cruises we offer are all BYOB. There is no sale of alcohol on the vessels, and there is no sale of alcohol on crab island. So if you want it, bring it! No glass bottles is extremely encouraged, and if you bring them on a crab island cruise, you will be asked to not bring them into the water. A large cooler and ice are provided! Water bottles are also provided. If you bring your own cooler, please make sure it is a smaller personal sized one.
Can I bring a stroller onboard?
Bringing a stroller on board is not advised as it can take up space and provide a safety hazard for the Captain and the passengers. If possible, please try to leave it in your vehicle, or ask if you can leave it in the check-in kiosk.

Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we offer a military discount of 10% and also a local discount of 10% both with identification proof.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and cash payments are accepted at Oasis Cruises Destin.

Of course a gift card is available for purchase! Ask the kiosk upon arrival or call 850-714-3640
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. The boat will depart promptly at the scheduled time and a refund will not be issued if you miss your trip due to tardiness or a no show. If the weather is unfavorable for boating per Captains decision, the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/day or a full refund will be issued.
